Be Ready!

Be ready! In this fast pace world we live in, it is essential to always be ready. With technology the way it is, we have everything we want now. As a business, you can’t tell a customer, “we will have that to you in a couple of days”. (obviously situational) They will turn to you and say, “well, your competitor has it for me now so I will go with them”. Back in the 70’s, 80’s, and some of the 90’s, you could get away with taking time to solve a problem your customer may have. Now, you have to be prepared because technology says, “you should have it solved now”.


You have to have a proactive mindset and not a reactive one. You have the ability to forecast future sales so it’s best to make sure you have anything and everything a customer needs on the shelf at all times. How Valuable Are Your Customers?

HOW VALUABLE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS? 
It is hard to place a value on the support your customers bring to your dealership.  We have to look at the facts…without them we are nothing.  Without customers to supply goods and services for us, we cannot stay in business.
