Windows Server 2003 Support Is Ending

Support Ended for Windows
XP & Office 2003 April 8, 2014
Do you still have a
Windows XP Computer or are you using Office 2003? Support for these products
ended as of April 8, 2014
from Microsoft. With this end of life cycle, this means there are no new
security updates, non-security hot fixes, or support options from
Microsoft. Unfortunately with the end of life for Windows XP, that also
must be the end of life for compatibility for your business system as
well. With new development it is important for any computer you have
using the business system to be capable of receiving the necessary operating
system and .NET updates.
If you have not already replaced
your Windows XP computers, it is important that you visit with your local
technician to develop a plan to replace any existing Windows XP computers
running the business system in a LAN (local area network). Please also
note that it is important with the purchase of any new computer, to make
sure that the operating system is listed as “Professional” level. If you are a Basic Software customer, please share our technical
document with your local technician as a guide to make sure you have the
correct computers working for your business system as well as discuss your
other needs for manufacturers, etc.
Feel free to contact our
support team if you have any questions or to obtain instructions to add a new
computer to your business system.
