- Continued Blessings
I have such fond memories of Christmas and New Years as a child. The house was
always filled with wonderful smells of holiday cooking, a “real” tree that Dad
took us out to cut down each year and decorate together, the reading of the
Christmas story from the Bible, and the heart-warming Christmas carols and
music. My mom and dad were always singing and I remember it always made me feel
safe and loved. We always had lots of family around… cousins, aunts and uncles,
and the most wonderful grandparents ever!!! I just want to encourage you to
work on making those precious memories with your family through the Christmas
season this year because they stay with you forever.
We have just recently returned from a couple of Trade
Shows - one in Memphis, TN and another
in Nashville, TN. Both shows were a great success and best of all we got to see
and visit with our customers there! It is always such a blessing to us to get
to see our customers face to face and hear how they are doing. We have been
blessed to add several new dealers and additional locations to our customer
family. We are thankful that God has blessed our customers and our company over
the years.
Remember, customer service is a primary focus here at Basic

new feature or application. We do not know you are having difficulties unless
you tell us and only then can we help you resolve. The main reason we offer 800
numbers is so our customers can call anytime they have software questions. Our
